Service & Parts Department

Even the most dependable equipment needs a new part now and then. We service the brands that we sell and other commercial landscape equipment. We do not provide parts or service on residential (home owner) equipment that we did not sell.

EQUIPMENT SERVICE AND REPAIR PROCESS:

Service is estimates and repair are available for equipment that is checked into our service department.  A $95.00 nonrefundable diagnostics fee is due at time of equipment check in.  It is applied to the service ticket if repair is authorized.
 
Shop Labor Rates:
·   $125.00 per hour 
·   $150.00 for field service (at customer location).  This does not include parts, pick up & delivery, or travel time.

 Estimates are just that, a statement indicating the likely cost of a job. Please note an estimate is not a quote and prices can increase based on the equipment or parts.
·   Complete equipment left over 30 days may be sold for charges owed
·   All repair work has a 30-day limited warranty
·   Carburetor repair work has a 30-day warranty with the exception of bad fuel.

PARTS ORDERING:

FIND  YOUR PART NUMBER:  Customers can identify and order parts using the manufacturer links below. Customers will need the model # and serial number of the equipment in order to use the look up service links below:  Parts orders will be confirmed and held for pick up unless drop shipping has been requested.  Standard shipping covers shipping to our business address, and does not include addition shipping costs to customers address. To accurately provide replacement parts, manufacturer's model, codes, and serial numbers are necessary.

PARTS RESEARCH: Currently, we are not offering parts research for equipment not onsite and checked in for service.
